McCain Campaign

The McCain campaign is doing its very best to blow the early momentum it accrued resulting from the Palin nomination.  Their overly-conservative managing of her media exposure is only serving to increase the scrutiny and put more and more pressure on each and every word she utters.  Concomitantly, she is losing her edge as a refreshingly candid, straight-talking, outside the beltway change agent.  Instead, she is being viewed progressively more as a timid, inexperienced, stumbling neophyte.  The VP debate is ostensibly turning into a make or break moment.  They really need to let Palin be Palin; otherwise, the consequences for McCain will be severe.

Very good point- they should allow her to be Palin. Dennis Miller actually said something similar. Of course, Miller is a comedian which does not make him a political adviser. Still, seems to be the general American person opinion.
